    How long does a repair take?
    Most screen and battery repairs are done the same day, usually in 30–60 minutes while you wait. More involved work or special-order parts can take one to two days, and we'll always give you a timeframe before we start.
    What is DisplayShield?
    It's our one-year breakage cover, and it comes standard with our recommended screen replacement (Soft OLED on iPhone, OEM on everything else). It's not included on the other tiers. If that screen cracks again within 12 months, we'll replace it, and we won't ask how it happened.
    Do I pay extra for DisplayShield?
    Nope. When your repair qualifies, it's already built into the price. It'll show up on your receipt, and that receipt is all you need to bring in if you ever have to use it.
    What about non-screen repairs?
    Batteries, charging ports and other repairs are covered by our standard warranty on parts and labour. If the same fault comes back, we put it right at no charge. [Set the length here, e.g. 90 days or 1 year.]
    Is my data safe?
    Yes. We don't need your passcode for most repairs and we never go looking through personal data. We'd still recommend backing up before any repair, just to be safe.
    Do you use genuine parts?
    We use OEM or premium-equivalent parts, and we'll tell you exactly which one is going into your device before we start. Everything we fit is covered by our warranty.
    What if it can't be fixed?
    No fix, no fee. If we can't repair your device, you don't pay for the attempt, and diagnostics are always free.
    Do I need an appointment?
    Nope, just walk in during opening hours. If you'd rather not wait around, send a quote request first and we'll tell you when to come by.
